This 1993 vintage signed Claude Cazals comes 50% from our Mesnil-sur-Oger plots and 50% from Clos Cazals in Oger, Grand Cru.
Bottling in early 1994, ageing on lees for twenty-seven years in our vaulted cellars of Oger, disgorging in March 2021. A choice of dosage at 0 grams of sugar per liter to allow you to discover, without addition, the splendour, typicity and evolution of the 1993 vintage.

The year 1993...

The year had started well and the harvest was expected early and of excellent quality. The arrival of rain and cool weather from early September challenged this potential. A small but charming vintage with a wide aromatic palette.
