This 1992vintage signed Claude Cazals comes 50% from our Mesnil-sur-Oger plots and 50% from Clos Cazals in Oger, Grand Cru.
Bottling in early 1993, ageing on lees for twenty-eight years in our vaulted cellars of Oger, disgorging in March 2021. A choice of dosage at 0 grams of sugar per liter to allow you to discover, without addition, the splendour, typicity and evolution of the 1992 vintage.
